Whoever said, "Find something you love to do, and you'll never work a day in your life," was a complete liar. It takes many, many, many, maaaaany hours, days, weeks, months, and years to become smart enough to understand that you really don't know anything; because everything changes faster than is possible to keep up.
In everything that I do, the main SECRET INGREDIENT on all of my channels, and within all of my OUTSCHOOL .COM classes, is........FUN!!!!!!!! Being able to laugh, improvise, and learn from mistakes is as important, or more important, than anything else anyone can ever attempt to master. Bob Ross said it best whenever he said, "We don't make mistakes -- we have happy accidents."
Although I truly enjoy teaching people of all ages, my AB-SO-LUTE-LY FAVORITE AREA is teaching the "SMALL HUMANS," and "SMALLER HUMANS," the basics. Without a good understanding of the most basics of cooking (safety, food handling, presentation, and self-confidence) there is no foundation upon which to properly build.
